Does the clothing run true to size
Even after washing, our clothing will stay true to size!
How long will it take to get my order?
For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 7-10 business days. Please note, we ask that you allow up to 14 days for your package to be delivered before contacting us to open a lost box claim.
How do I cancel or change my order?
As soon as you place your order, we begin processing it. Therefore, we are unable to change or cancel orders.
How do I check the status of my order?
We will email you as items in your order ship, or if there are updates on the status of your order.
How can I pay for my order?
Jackpot Threads currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payment via PayPal and Apple/Google Pay on mobile.
I received the wrong goods, what do I do?
Although we strive for perfection, we are human and sometimes the wrong items are shipped from our warehouses. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused, and we are here to help make things right.
